MUSCO is featured on the web platform L’accompagnateur which lists resources available to families
This platform is very useful to families looking for information and reference material as they navigate the multitude of local, municipal, provincial and federal resources. It is also something healthcare professionals are encouraged to share with their patients as they strive to improve the support they provide.
The MUSCO Initiative is proud to be listed as a source of support towards health services on L’accompagnateur’s website. Click here to see MUSCO’s profile and explore all the other resources available to families.
As part of the event Skeletal Dysplasia, Let’s Talk About It! MUSCO and its collaborators have developed a tool for families.
The Resource Table is intended for patients with skeletal dysplasia and their families. It was developed with parents and in collaboration with the Association québécoise des personnes de petite taille. The chart is meant to be a reference tool for families who encounter different issues throughout their child’s life. It allows families to anticipate the major steps and to identify available resources.
