Two impact assessment phases have been carried out by the NISKA cooperative, in 2021 and 2024.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n


During the first assessment phase, an action plan was drawn up to address the issues identified. Several actions were implemented with the aim of maximizing the benefits of MUSCO and strengthening collaboration.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In this second, more recent phase of the study, the aim was to analyze the data in order to draw conclusions, document the evolution of partnership work and validate potential strategies for sustainability.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Why this process?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The overall aim was to measure the Initiative’s success. These were milestones that enabled us to take stock of the changes brought about by MUSCO. With a view to continuous improvement, the results of the study in 2021 were used to fuel further reflection and readjust MUSCO’s orientations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2024, the collective work was aimed at highlighting MUSCO’s positive effects, while also highlighting its strengths and persistent challenges, in several areas identified during the first phase:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
