Because I am very familiar with the services offered by each partner institution and I work closely with the four sites, I can make the communication and collaboration process easier for families and help them organize the care and services their child receives at each institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-picton-blue-color\">Q :<\/span><\/strong> In your experience, what are the main challenges faced by families? How does the MUSCO Initiative address these challenges?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-picton-blue-color\"><strong>A : <\/strong><\/span>One of the biggest issues for families is communication with and between the teams of care providers at each of the institutions. The MUSCO Initiative strives to ensure that families feel that their child is being cared for by a single, unified team, rather than several unconnected units working in isolation.
