Closing words
By the Initiative’s Manager
Seven years ago, when the partners establishments behind MUSCO entrusted me with the responsibility of launching this Initiative, none of us could fully anticipate the outcomes or the extent of its impact. We began with a five-year vision, a defined set of projects, and the ambition to foster meaningful collaborations — all driven by the shared objective of improving the lives of families. But we couldn’t have imagined the scale of effort it would take to bring that vision to life.
Then you—professionals, stakeholders, and families—rallied together and placed your trust in us. At every level and with all types of expertise, each of you played a part in shaping MUSCO into what it is today. I want to thank you sincerely for believing in this collaboration.
Leading a program of this magnitude has been an extraordinary human experience for me. I feel deeply grateful to have been part of this journey, working alongside you to explore new pathways and, as I often say, plant seeds for the future. But at the heart of this initiative is a fundamental truth: nothing meaningful can be achieved alone. Alone, we may go faster—but together, with a committed and passionate team, we go further. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to our incredible shared resources team, with whom I’ve spent countless hours working and sharing in this adventure: Katharina, Solène, Stephanie, Camille, Valancy, Julie, and Chantal. Thank you for walking this path with me.
As this Initiative comes to an end, I’m convinced that the lessons we’ve learned and the relationships we’ve built over the years will continue to grow. A cultural shift is already underway. It’s now up to each of us to carry forward what we’ve learned, to keep building opportunities for collaboration, and to strengthen the connections between institutions.
Thank you all for your trust, your openness, and your commitment. Let’s continue to make this spirit of collaboration shine!
